J&R Crowder Enterprises LLC, doing business as Iron Muse Golf ("we," "us," and "our"), uses personal information to operate our online store at ironmusegolf.com, fulfill purchases, communicate with you, and improve your shopping experience. This policy explains those practices and your choices.

This policy covers the storefront, store purchases, related customer support, email subscriptions, and product reviews. Information collected within the Iron Muse Academy app is covered separately by the Academy privacy policy at https://ironmusegolf.com/pages/privacy-policy. Signing up for Academy updates through the storefront is covered here.

Information we collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we collect:

  • Contact and account details, such as your name, email, phone number, billing and shipping addresses, and account identifiers.
  • Shopping and transaction details, such as products viewed or purchased, sizes and preferences you provide, cart contents, payment confirmation, order and delivery status, and returns. Payment providers process your payment details.
  • Communications and preferences, including support messages, subscription choices, and interactions with our emails, such as opens and clicks.
  • Reviews and other content you submit, including ratings, your display name, and any photos or videos you choose to provide.
  • Device and usage information, such as IP address, browser and device details, approximate location, and activity on the store, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

We receive information directly from you, automatically when you use the store, and from service providers and partners that support payments, orders, delivery, marketing, and reviews. If you choose not to provide information needed for an order or request, we may be unable to complete it.

How we use information

We use information to process payments and orders; produce and deliver products; provide accounts and support; handle returns; send order and service updates; manage and display reviews; send marketing in accordance with your choices and applicable law; measure and improve our store and communications; personalize content and advertising; prevent fraud and misuse; and meet legal obligations.

Where data protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on performing our contract with you, complying with legal obligations, consent where required, and legitimate interests in operating, improving, and protecting our business, subject to your rights.

How information is shared

We share relevant information with providers that support our hosting, payment processing, production and fulfillment, shipping, customer support, email delivery, analytics, and review services. Advertising and marketing partners may receive identifiers, browsing activity, and shopping information to personalize and measure advertising, subject to applicable choices and law.

We may also disclose information when you direct us to do so, to meet legal requirements, protect rights and safety, resolve disputes, or in connection with a business transfer, subject to applicable safeguards. Some providers process information on our behalf; others are responsible for certain uses under their own privacy notices.

Our store is hosted by Shopify. Shopify processes information about your visits and purchases to provide and improve services, including enhanced services that use information about your interactions with our store, other merchants, and Shopify for analytics, personalization, and advertising. For these uses, Shopify is responsible for processing under its Consumer Privacy Policy: https://www.shopify.com/legal/privacy/consumers. You can learn about and exercise choices concerning Shopify’s use of your information at https://privacy.shopify.com/en.

Judge.me Ltd provides our review functionality and acts as a subprocessor of customer personal data. It processes contact, order, product, fulfillment and delivery information, email preferences, review content, and related technical and email-interaction data for review requests and to collect, verify, manage and display reviews. Reviews, chosen display names and submitted media may be public. Submitting a review creates a Judge.me reviewer profile for managing your reviews. Judge.me’s privacy policy describes sharing information linking reviews to purchases with Shopify so reviews can appear in Shop. When you interact directly with Judge.me’s website, it may act as a separate data controller. You can unsubscribe from our review-request emails using their unsubscribe link. Sending preferences do not necessarily stop other review-related processing. Contact info@ironmusegolf.com about information processed on our behalf. See https://judge.me/privacy for Judge.me’s practices and your options.

Cookies and privacy choices

We and our partners use cookies and similar technologies to operate and secure the store, remember preferences, understand usage, and support personalization and advertising. You can manage cookies through your browser and any cookie controls displayed on our site. Blocking some cookies may affect store functionality.

Certain advertising-related disclosures may count as a "sale," "sharing," or "targeted advertising" under applicable privacy laws. Where available, use our Your Privacy Choices page: https://ironmusegolf.com/pages/data-sharing-opt-out. The page explains regional availability and how Global Privacy Control applies to the browser and device you use. You can also email us with a privacy request. Browser-based choices may need to be repeated on another browser or device.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in an email or by contacting us. We may still send necessary order, account, or service messages. Where consent is the basis for processing, you may withdraw it without affecting processing that occurred before withdrawal.

Retention and security

We keep personal information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, considering outstanding orders, customer support, legal and accounting duties, disputes, fraud prevention, and records of your privacy choices. Deleting an account or unsubscribing does not necessarily erase records we need to retain for those purposes.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect personal information. No online service or method of storage is completely secure.

International processing

We and our providers may process information in the United States and other countries, where privacy laws may differ from those where you live. Where applicable law requires safeguards for an international transfer, the transfer must be covered by a permitted legal mechanism. Contact us for information about safeguards relevant to your data.

Your rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access or obtain a copy of information; correct it; request deletion; object to or restrict certain processing; withdraw consent; or opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising. Other rights may include limiting certain uses of sensitive information, using an authorized agent, appealing a decision, or complaining to a data protection regulator.

Contact info@ironmusegolf.com to make a request or appeal. We may need to verify your identity and an agent’s authority. We will respond within applicable legal deadlines, explain any permitted limitation, and will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable rights.

Children and other services

The storefront is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact info@ironmusegolf.com so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

Other websites or services you choose to use, including payment services and social platforms, have their own privacy practices.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our practices or legal requirements change. We will post the revised policy with its updated date and provide additional notice or obtain consent where required. This policy is a notice of our practices; reading it does not replace any consent required by law.
