1. The Service
Iron Muse Academy is a mobile application and web platform operated by J&R Crowder Enterprises LLC ("Iron Muse Golf," "we," "us," or "our"). We provide golf learning tools, GPS course companion features, AI-powered coaching, community features, and progress tracking designed specifically for beginner golfers.
By accessing or using our mobile app, website, or any related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.
2. Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By creating an account, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your password. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorized by you.

3. Subscriptions & Payments
Iron Muse Academy offers a free tier with limited features and a Premium subscription that unlocks the full experience.
Pricing
- Premium Monthly: $12.99 per month
- Premium Annual: $99.99 per year (save 36%)
Billing & Renewal
All subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- If you subscribe through the Apple App Store, billing and cancellation are managed by Apple through your Apple ID settings.
- If you subscribe through the Google Play Store, billing and cancellation are managed by Google through your Google Play account settings.
- If you subscribe through the web app, billing is managed by Stripe. You can manage your subscription through your account settings.
Cancellation & Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will continue to have access to Premium features until then. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.
Refund requests for subscriptions purchased through Apple or Google should be directed to the respective app store, as they manage the billing relationship.
4. User Content
You retain full ownership of content you create or upload to Iron Muse Academy, including swing videos, round scores, profile information, photos, and messages.
By uploading content, you grant Iron Muse Golf a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, and display that content solely to provide and improve the service. For example, this allows us to send your swing video to our AI analysis system, display your profile to other community members, or store your round data for your progress tracking.
You agree not to upload content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.
5. AI Features
Iron Muse Academy includes AI-powered features such as Ask Muse (our AI golf coach), AI swing analysis, and AI-generated club recommendations during GPS rounds.
All AI-generated advice, recommendations, and analysis are provided for educational and informational purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional golf instruction, medical advice, or fitness guidance.
Iron Muse Golf does not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content. You use AI features at your own discretion, and Iron Muse Golf is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage that may result from following AI-generated suggestions.
6. Community & Safety
Iron Muse Academy includes community features such as partner matching, group chats, event scheduling, and the ability to schedule rounds with other users.
- We do not conduct background checks on users.
- Please exercise appropriate caution when meeting someone in person for the first time.
- We recommend meeting at public golf courses during daylight hours and letting someone know your plans.
- You are responsible for your own safety when interacting with other users.
Iron Muse Golf reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that engage in harassment, threatening behavior, spam, or any activity that creates an unsafe environment for our community.
7. Intellectual Property
The Iron Muse Golf name, Iron Muse Academy name, Ask Muse name, logos, and all related content, design, and software are the property of J&R Crowder Enterprises LLC. All rights reserved.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the service without our prior written permission. You may not use our branding, trademarks, or intellectual property for any purpose without explicit authorization.
8. Limitation of Liability
Iron Muse Academy is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Iron Muse Golf and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- Physical injury or property damage resulting from your use of the service or reliance on AI-generated content
- Loss of data, scores, or progress information
- Missed tee times or scheduling errors
- Interactions with other users, whether online or in person
- Inaccurate GPS distances, elevation data, or club recommendations
- Service interruptions, downtime, or technical errors
In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in our service, legal requirements, or business practices. When we make significant changes, we will notify you through the app, by email, or by posting a prominent notice on our website.
Your continued use of Iron Muse Academy after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you should stop using the service and cancel your subscription.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Utah County, Utah.
